Scoring & rules
Flight-captain scoring
One player per flight is scorekeeper and enters everyone's gross scores hole by hole. Net and Stableford are computed server-side – single writer, no merge conflicts.
5-minute correction buffer
Every hole score stays editable for 5 minutes and is then frozen. Later changes only by the tournament office – audit-logged.
All formats
Stableford (net/gross), stroke play, match play, scramble, Par/Bogey and Maximum Score – computed automatically.
Live experience
Live leaderboard in the app
Net/gross toggle, real time via WebSockets, thru indicator ("thru 12") and your own position pinned.
TV leaderboard
Branded, login-free web URL for smart TVs. Auto-updates, weighted sponsor rotation and highlights on eagle, hole-in-one or lead change.
Spectators & followers
Join by code or just watch. Followers get push on birdie or eagle.
Club tools
Admin backend
Manage courses, tournaments, start lists and flights – including CSV import for tees and holes.
Special contests & Marshal
Longest Drive and Nearest to the Pin as special contests. Marshal mode shows the live progress of all flights and detects slow play.
Sponsoring & reporting
Sell sponsor slots, deliver them and bill via PDF report – the strongest selling point.

QR check-in & offline package
Check-in via QR loads the full tournament package onto the device. The app works offline the entire round.
