Delete your account
You can delete your Turnee account at any time — quickest of all in the app. If you no longer have the app, use the form below to request deletion.
In the app
- Open Turnee and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon at the top right.
- Choose “Delete account” at the very bottom and confirm.
What happens
- Name, e-mail address, handicap and DGV number are replaced without delay.
- All sign-ins and all devices registered for notifications are removed.
- Links to Apple and Google are severed.
- Results of completed tournaments are retained without your name, so that the standings remain verifiable.
- Please also cancel any running Pro subscription in the App Store or on Google Play.
Request deletion
Enter the e-mail address of your account. We will confirm receipt and delete the account within 30 days.
